2. Service Description

Stylister is an AI-powered personal styling app. We generate outfit recommendations and images personalized to your appearance using artificial intelligence. The service requires your photos and profile data to function.

3. Data We Collect

To provide our service, we collect and process:

• Photos you upload (selfies, body photos, additional photos) — used for AI face recognition and body analysis
• Profile information (name, age, physical attributes like skin tone, hair color, body type) — detected by AI or entered by you
• Style preferences (clothing vibes, occasions, makeup styles) — used to personalize outfit recommendations
• Chat messages with the AI stylist — used to provide personalized advice
• Usage data (feed interactions, saved items, generation history) — used to improve recommendations

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Your data is processed by the following AI services to deliver our features:

• AI Text Analysis — analyzes your photos, generates style recommendations, powers the AI chat stylist, and scores your style. Your photos, profile data, and chat messages are sent to third-party servers for processing.
• Google (Gemini API) — generates personalized outfit images featuring your appearance. Your reference photos are sent to Google's servers.

These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We send only the data necessary for each specific AI task. Your data is not used to train third-party AI models.

During the early access period, our team may review uploaded photos, generated images, and AI outputs to improve service quality, fix issues, and refine AI accuracy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely:

• Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure
• Sensitive data (chat messages, physical descriptions) is encrypted at rest
• Photos and generated images are stored in private storage accessible only to you

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your data:

• Delete your photos, chat history, or entire account at any time
• Download any generated images to your device
• Stop using the service at any time — your data will not be processed further

7. Generated Content

AI-generated images featuring your likeness are created for your personal use only. You may save and share them. We do not claim ownership of generated images. However, AI-generated content may not be perfectly accurate and should not be relied upon for important decisions.

8. Prohibited Use

• Using the service to generate images of people other than yourself without their consent
• Generating harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract AI models through the service
• Abusing the service to exceed fair usage limits or circumvent cost controls

9. Disclaimer
